Good Morning Everyone!
Please join me over on Graphic 45's blog as we begin to show off our projects designed for CHA!
The task, to use Graphic 45's new and very cool collection, Happy Haunting and make a tag! I went GATE! Hahaha! A halloween shuttery kind of gate! Is shuttery a word? LOL! One of my favorite pages from the collection is Fright Night. The owls in the trees, the haunted house and that awesome gate! I wanted to use Fright Night as the background and have the owls eyes peering through the shutters. So here's what I came up with!
I let the paper be the embellishment and added one of the new Graphic 45 keys, some May Arts Ribbon and cut the G45 metal butterfly into a bat and enameled it.
Please take a moment to go over to Graphic 45's Blog to check out my other teamies tags, Tara Orr and Sharon Nagoo!
Thanks For Looking!
Jim

When you said a tag I didn't know you meant a TAG!!!!! Wow, Jim, how do you come up with these ideas? That is the most magnificent tag I have ever seen. I am glad you are having such a good time, you certainly deserve every minute of it.

Once again Jim you have created an art object that is beyond expectations. The brillant use of the paper and gate fold design on this tag are genius.

Awesome Jim. I had to really look to realize it was a tag! Was sure it was a house at first glance. I am so glad that you are having fun knee deep in your element!!!! Great smile. Enjoy.

HEHEHE...I had to look...not once...but twice to get it through my brain that your project was "only" a tag. My mind saw it as a box that opened to reveal the owls. Really...it took me a while to realize it was a TAG!! Super job, Jimbo!!

Wow! I had to do a double take too! I thought it was a box. This is just amazing! Love how you can take a simple thing and turn it into a work of art. Great job! Hinges will definitely be picked up on my next shopping trip. Gotta try my hand at shutters!

Your gate tag is so cute and would look cute on my shelf for Halloween....hint hint ;) You know Jim I just realized one of things I love about you....you are real and you aren't afraid to show/tell it! Cookies in bed, wow what a life. I'm so jealous right now!

Lol...I thought your tag was a box too! I kept seeing a box and thought the word 'tag' was a misprint...no I have not been drinking lol. Your tag is spectacular as always. Great job Jim.

Add me to the list that thought it was a box. Shutters on a tag - best idea ever. Don't you think Santa could be involved in a Christmas version?
Congrats, Jim
