I took that tour 4 years ago. Chicago is a a great place to visit. I hope you got to go to Sears Towers. It is a must. One of these days I will go back and catch a Cubs game.
The architectural boat tour is GREAT!! We did it a couple years ago and loved it.
You need to go to the top of the Sears tower...spectacular views of the city!
Also, make sure you go to Grant Park in the Loop. Get out of the cab and walk...and walk...and walk. There is a lot of neat sculpture and the "bean" as well as the beautifulBuckingham Fountain. Then of course there's all the museums, aquarium, Navy Pier, the Planetarium...oh I could go on and on...LOVE CHICAGO!!
wow...there is some great old architecture there....have fun!

Jim, architecture in chicago is, I think, best in the US. I'm thrilled to hear you are getting out to appreciate it!
