Absolutely fantastic...as usual! You can alter anything...LOL

This is a really cool project!! I love the flying pigs in this paper line and this is the perfect use for the little piggy. We do have an Ikea store in the area but I have never been there...I see a rode trip coming up in my future. Thanks for yet another terrific project.

lindafrommaine

This is absolutely, totally adorable, although waaayyyy over my abilities!!! Thank you for sharing.

becky jeffress

Love it, and I've had a clock that just needs some attention! I just have to get my hands on the paper! Thanks for sharing your great ideas.

Nan G

Fast?! Easy?! I'm off to find an alarm clock, be back in a month with the results! LOL .....Love what you did!

Kay (Texfolkart)

Great idea Jim! The pig is perfect. Thanks

Cassandra

Very cool Jim! I altered an alarm clock with the same papers about 2 months ago, check it out http://cassiesscraps.blogspot.com.au/2012/03/olde-curiosity-shoppe-altered-clock.html

Margaret Ann

love it Sir Jim, another fantastic project

Lynn Wild

You are so clever! We have an IKEA store about 3 miles away from our home and I love to alter things from there (mostly their mirrors). If I was to make your clock I think I'd have to use a different paper for the clock face as all those numbers in the "wrong" places would confuse my poor old brain first thing in the morning! Would it make me get up very early? - Pigs might fly!!!

Lynn

Lauralee

love this!!

Steven

Luv it, luv it!!

Patti

Very cool! Thank you for the inspiration and I "just" might do this one....the possibilities are endless depending on the pp collection.

Nancy Wethington

You are a genius!

Patti n SLC

Super Fun...Love the way you made the Pigs snout move to the hour. Another winner. Have a wonderful weekend

Sharon Belanger

Wow...Super cool, like always, gotta try this. Thanks for the inspiration.

Angelica

Super cool!!

Elisabeth

Now why didn't I think of this myself a few weeks ago before I threw away an old clock,it would have been perfect for this. O well,I have to plane a trip to the nearest Ikea soon.
Thanks Jim, my list of projects to make is becoming longer and longer and longer... :-)

Marlea Ulrich

LOVE...LOVE...LOVE this idea...going to do this to my cheap wall clock. NOW !!! Thanks Jim.

Mary

This is so kewl. :)

Michelle Reaves

Fabulous!! I'm playing with the Olde Curiosity Shoppe papers right now...love love love them!

Shawn

Sweet! I wish we had an Ikea in the area. Love the papers and the pig. I think I can do something with this idea. Thanks Jim!

Sharon Gullikson

I love it. Not only is it the coolest clock ever, but YOU are cool for being a crafty guy. My husband will make cards for me, but most men refuse to pick up craft supplies---my friends tell me about it. So I think that you are very cool.

Sarah

Quick and easy, cute and practical, what more could you ask for? Fantastic project!

Barbara Albrecht

Super idea!!! I'll have to add this to my list of things to make...sometime.

Thanks for sharing, once again!

Lyn Gill

Really awesome clock, Jim!
Lyn (LynzCraftz)

Katina

This is so great, I see a trip to the local IKEA in my future!! And I love the way your pig is "flying" around the clock face!

Justine

EEEEE! That is soooo cute! I will be doing this. I need a new clock on my desk at work and this is it.

I do think I'm going to try and put the pig on the minute hand.

Thanks JIM!

Kim S.

Can't believe we are doing similar projects! I've been working on a flying pig clock for about 3 weeks now... yes, I am slow! Great minds think alike! Of course mine looks nothing like yours except for the piggy on the face. May have to go hit up Ikea. These would make awesome christmas gifts!

Dolly/scrapthat

Totally Awesome Jim! TFS!

Cindy Lietz, Polymer Clay Tutor

AWESOME idea Jim! Waay cool! I have never considered altering an alarm clock before, so you have opened my eyes to a whole new level of creativity. Thank you!

Molly Bee

Once again you came up with an unique and charming project. What a creative mind (and hands) you have.

Teresa Blue

Awesome! I altered a Dollar store wall clock long ago, but it was nothing like this!

Excellent, Excellent, Excellent! Bravo Jim, you Rocked this and made it so everyone will want to try it!

Well done, sir, well done.

Linda

Dixiescraps

What a GREAT clock! So artsy.

Tony Stubblefield

So cool. Now, who would have thought to cover an alarm clock? Well, of course, The Gentleman Crafter would. I love all of your projects, but this one is more my aesthetic. I might have to just think about what I might want to make, basket a basket themed clock...

Ness @ One Perfect Day

This is brilliant! You are a genius! I saw this alarm clock at IKEA (my favourite store in the entire world) last week and they were only $2.50! I almost bought one but thought it was a little plain. THIS is inspiring. I'm going back to buy one and spruce it up. Thanks for sharing the how-to.

Rosa Marie

ok, I`m a dummy what is an Ikea store???? I have no idea at all. And what kind of glue did you use on the sides? Or did you use the double sided tape on there too?? I just love it!! I have a friend who has a medium size flying pig statue and I`ve been trying to find one. You do great work, love your ideas. I hope I can find a place on here to sign up for news letters.
Keep Crafting,
Rosa Marie
