Today all my friends leave for Paris! I was suppposed to be on that plane, but due to recent exciting events I decided to stay home and travel through the emails, skypes and pictures that I will receive. It was the totally right decision for me. I hope all my pals have an incredible time and still love each other as much when they come back! LOL! It happens! hahaha! Bon Voyage Gango! They are going to have a BLAST!!
Somehow talking about the bugs in the country just doesn't quite seem to compare to the glamour of international travel.....BUT, that's where I'm at!!! LOL! No, the bugs... they have not left! In fact last night I went around with my cell phone and took pictures of of these pesky little things. I counted 20 on the ceilings and walls of my living room alone! I think that makes it an event! Now, I know these are God's creatures and all so, those of you who are faint of heart skip down to my "real post" below....If you will, imagine going out to the barn at 1:30 in the morning, lugging a 10 foot ladder back to the house (like it's that far away!) setting it up, climbing up with a fly swatter in one hand and a can of RAID in the other! I will save you the details. I know for a fact that the few cars that pass by the house at this early hour did indeed stop to peer in at the spectacle! All this from a comment from one of my followers and friends, Lori, who delightfuly delivered a statement about spiders crawling into your ears as you sleep! Thanks Lori! You Rock! :)
OK, obviously the bugs are an issue here and I know it's getting a bit boring for you all. I will move on and not mention them again...UNLESS...a spider actually crawls in my ear! I assure you everyone will hear about it!
Yesterday, I made a short video on how to use my candling technique. I used this on the Ferris Wheel project and several other project I've done. It's one of my favorites. You can do this same thing on chipboard believe it or not and it comes out beautifully. Hope you can use it....
Thanks for Looking!
